"I never left you," Rin said quickly. "And going to Haru was a mistake. My mistake, which I've learned from." Yes, getting pushed out a two story window will sometimes get the other persons point across. Still, Rin knew better than to mention Akito's lose of temper, or that she had loved Haru and still did, even now. That was a quick way for Akito's temper to spark.

Her whole body was eerily rigid now, as she feebly tried to supress anger, and childish tears of lonliness. "Have you? Or are you simply attempting to weedle information out of me Isuzu-kun?" Her tone was bland, rid of the emotions that have gotton her hurt too often.

"Of course not, Akito-san," Rin replied, though her eyes flickered away for the briefest of moments. "I would not attempt it." That was a lie, she was attempting it right now. her brilliant strategy. Warn Honda not to do somethign like thsi, then do it herself. She should've listened to her own advice. "I was merely curious."

Was this girl going out of her way to piss God off? "Why..." She paused a moment, having to put another restraint on that lovely temper of hers. "Are you lying to me Isuzu-kun?" Silently she plead, that somehow someone would walk in her door and save her from the curse now. Save her from doing what she always does. Save her from hurting another of Jyuunishi yet again.

Erm, yeah, basically. Well, her general purpose was not to piss God off so much as that she needed information, which even attempting to get would piss her God off beyond belief. "I'm not lying, Akito-san," Rin protested, staring over at the man across from her. "I'm not, I swear it." her eyes did not waver this time, though her voice held a terrified, almost pleading note to it. "Please, perhaps I should not have asked."

Minutes, although it must have seemed like hours passed. Akito's demeanor did not change, no matter what thoughts passed through her head. "Why...." She paused again, similar to her previous actions, although now it was curiosity paining her. "Won't you just ask?" With this a slight sigh came from her parted lips, although no relief came with it.

"Ask?" Rin glanced up at him, and thsi time there was no lie in her eyes. She wanted to ask, but how much had Akito guessed? It would've been a very bad idea to ask what she was thinking and have Akito been assuing she meant somethign else. Still, she threw caution to the wind with her next words. "Is there any way to break this- bond." She'd been about to say curse, it was on the tip of her tongue, but she knew not to.

The girl in front of her was so ignorant, although no anger came from her statement. It only brought Akito sadness. "If there was..." She hesitated, memories flushing through her, "I would not tell you. I can, and will, not lose another Jyuunishi." (I just leaked it!)

Rin started to sigh, hang her head, but she stopped. Havign , at first, only heard the dismissal, her mind did not at once register. "'Another Jyuunishi'?" Rin stared up at Akito in shock. "Another? You mean somebody has broken the bond? It's actually possible?" She'd always thought there was a slim chance it migth be, btu as weeks turned to months, it was so hard to think that Rin would find a way to free herself, and Haru, and everyone else. It was strange, how her voice came out less eager, more surprised.

Akito's eyes widened, and her hands clenched into fists. "NO!" Her voice was a shriek, scared and alone. "There was no one... No one!!" She flung herself onto her hands, eyes wide in unrivaled fear.

"Yes," Rin said, standing suddenly. "Somebody did, somebody broke the curse; who?" Her breathing was heavy, her eyes wide. "Who broke the curse?" Her hair fell into her face as she stared down at the man before her, her heart pounding.

Soon tears were spilling from her eyes, and when she finally spoke it was in short breaths. "It... Was.... K...Ku...re...no..." She stammered out. (Sorry, last post of the night.)

(Okay. We'll have to continue to roleplay these spoilers later.) "Kureno." As much as it suprised her, it didn't. She and teh rest had never felt close to him, so perhaps this explained more than it didn't. But if he was freed, why not leave? He barely deserved being freed, if he would just stay and allow himself to be dictated by Akito still. "How," Rin started, and her voice held her badly supressed anger. Kureno, so undeserving. "Akito-san? Do you know how he did?"

A sharp intake of breath followed Rin's statement, and Akito was worried to reply. "I... I.. Don't really.... Know..." Her sobs had dimmed down a bit, but not enough to truly matter. "One day... He was just... Gone." Memories seemed to swirl in her head, painful memories, memories of her as a child, holding on to Kureno for dear life. Memories that made her want to die, to escape the position she was in.

Hope. So close and then to have it shatter. What could be more cruel? To believe, for a single moment that she might learn and then this. Rin hade been there, on the verge of breaking the curse...so close she could feel it. The happiness that had eluded her for so often lately. "No," she cried, and that single word rang out, screaming of desperation. "No, you have to know how. You're lying, you have to know!" The girl had forgotten who she was talking to, where she was, anything. She had to know. She had to.
