((Note: This thread was mainly so that Kyo and I could kick the tar outta each other. Feel free to join, but...uh...don't stop the fight for at least a few posts, ne? Otherwise I'll never get to practice role-playing a good ol' brawl. Bring it on, baka neko.))
Yuki sighed and leaned against the broom handle, his hair shifting over his face. He reached up and undid his top button, then let his hand drop back down. He'd told everyone at the house that he was going to student government meetings, and in truth the entire council was supposed to be helping with the school cleaning service project. However, it seemed that only the president stayed after the initial hour long rush. He glanced upward only to see that half (perhaps less) of the west side was swept. The west side was a open grassy field with a wide path cutting through it, and trees lining the edges and school wall. Yuki had the feeling that he wasn't alone, but shook it off. He was the only one in the school yard, he knew.
But I shouldn't be, he thought unhappily, How on earth am I going to deal with those officers all year? They don't seem to take anything seriously!
Now that he'd stopped sweeping Yuki could hear the cicadas chirping. It was a pleasant sound, but it heralded a muggy and above all hot summer day. Yuki sighed again and took up his broom, sweeping as he made his way to the closest shade---a nearby tree.

Kyo, however, was not in that tree. But was instead on the path leading up to the school.
"That damn Yuki is probably at that council meeting!" he yelled as he burst into the school doors.
Going into a full sprint he headed for where he thought Yuki might be. He had seen Yuki leave the class to go see his precious council time and time again. This was the perfect time to beat that rat, in front of some of the most popular kids at school. He turned the corner and dashed down the hall to the Student Government room. The door was locked.
"Oh, so he's a coward! I knew it." he screeched as he prepared to kick down the door.
He let out an extremely loud (loud even for Kyo) kiyaa. A superb tactic, he thought, to suprise him. He would have his victory, perhaps even before it started. Kyo knew Yuki was always cautious of looking bad in front of other people.
However, the doors at the school were not like the doors at the house, or even where Kyo trained for that matter. They were much thicker, a thought that had not crossed Kyo's mind when he was creating his brilliant plan.
A large thud could be heard from outside the school. Inside, however, was a very different story:
CRACK
"@#$@! @#$@! %$&!@#%#$%#@$!!!!"
After several minutes of this, Kyo eyes caught the window, looking for something else to crush. It was then that he spotted Yuki calming sweeping in the shade of a tree. Kyo ran to the doors with all his might forgeting that he had had a limp just a few seconds ago.
"READY TO DIE!?" He screemed as he pushed the doors open and ran towards that damn rat.

Yuki was surprised at the sudden outburst when he truly believed that he was alone on the school grounds. At least it answered the question of where that loud noise came from. Yuki was startled to hear Kyo's voice at all.
Not that he showed it.
Without blinking, he spun around, dropping the broom so that it fell leaning against the tree. Glaring at Kyo with a look of flat disgust, he smiled humorlessly, "You are never going to learn, are you? Baka neko." He stood, arms folded, waiting for the idiotic beast to charge at him like he usually did. Yuki never liked starting these fights, but he loved finishing them.

Kyo, flying down the grassy field, was deciding how best to kill a rat.
I'll do a leaping kick, my favorite move. but then another thought reached his mind. Isn't this how I start all the other fights, I should probably do a different move.
Unfortunatly, Kyo's muscle memory had already taken affect. He noticed this as his body was on it's way to Yuki.

Isn't that how he always starts? Doesn't he ever learn?
Yuki stepped forward, leaning to Kyo's right side. As he glided easily past the kick, he shot his arm across Kyo's body, intending to hook his chest. Hopefully that would knock the wind from him and throw him down.

For the first time, Kyo was ready for this. Mainly because of all this thinking he was doing during fighting, a new sensation for him. He tried to catch Yuki's arm with his other leg.

Yuki blinked. It seemed like time had slowed. There he stood, with his arm straight out from his body. There Kyo moved unexpectedly, catching him in the elbow and carrying him downward with the original kicks force. Yuki tried to pull out, but it was too late, and he found himself beginning to fall. Well if that's how you're going to be... Yuki let his arm bend all the way, allowing himself a few extra moments of time before he fell completely, and also allowing most of his body to be behind Kyo. Kyo had a leg on his arm, but Yuki kept the rest of his body clear. He tried to stay standing on the kick, but if Kyo didn't land correctly on his feet, Yuki would fall too.

Kyo grinned. He curled his leg in and snatched Yuki's arm at the wrist while landing. Being the Cat, he landed easily on his feet, holding onto (I just assume) Yuki's left arm. As he lands, Kyo stomps his right foot forward and pivots, facing Yuki, still holding the wrist firmly. He then attempts to pull Yuki inward, hopefully causing him to lose his balance---and maybe his concentration---then twist his arm outward and upward. If that succeeds, he then forces Yuki down with the pinned arm.

(Oooh, nice try, but Yuki wouldn't put up with that. Nice idea.))
Yuki winces when his arm is grabbed, but waits for an opportunity. Thankfully, the baka neko practically invited him into a wide opening during his little stunt. As Kyo pulled Yuki forward, Yuki relaxed his wait and pushed using his opponent's own momentum against him. Running forward he twists his wrist so that his hand faces the same direction as Kyo's restraining hand. First he raps his knuckles against Kyo's pressure point, then flicks his wrist inward, forcing Kyo to release him. He then rebalances his weight and stops, taking a small step away from the insane idiot and falling into forward stance.
"What's this? No warnings? No taunts? You're lucky it's not raining, baka neko, I'd hate for you to think I have an unfair advantage. Besides talent, of course. I fail to see anything you can do about that."

(I'm going to keep tabs on this.... I'll wait until the fight gets dull and bring the Black Haru in. Fun, fun.... Sorry for the interuption though. *bows and fades into the scene*)

(Wow, please do. A 3-way sounds trickier. We'd have to time it so that we're all online at the same time, otherwise our characters might be hangin' in mid-air for a bit too long...This chat was designed for fights and practicing fight descriptions, not really character development. Black Haru should feel at home. Tohru and Akito could join if they wanted---as could Kisa and Momiji---but really, what would they do? Pull hair?)
(Oh, and when I say "trickier" I mean "totally awesome and amazing and now we have to try.")

((Wouldn't it be, though? I kind of want to try it now that I think of it. Heh heh. What would she do, apologize them into submission? Use a frying pan as a weapon? Yeesh. On that note, hurry up and post, Kyo. )

(I'm still trying to think of how exactly I want to put black Haru into this, seeing that I'm not very experienced with Black Haru. I shall try though, after Kyo-kun posts.)
