EDIT// Okay, I did some research about KaguraxKyo (that's sweet ^o^) and I'm /pretty/ sure Tohru and Kagura are friends, but just for future reference anything someone would like to post here to help a person out would be awesome!

Yes, Kagura and Tohru get along well. I think Kagura knows that Kyo has feelings for Tohru, even though she still loves him. It's very complicated, really. o.O Um, in book 12, it's got a large portion of Kyo and Kagura which explains alot, if you want to check out the scans posted under Links.
