((Eh...Sorry for the crappy title. XD I can't think of a good one just now. But, I told everyone I'd create this topic...So here it is! Along with a way for just about anybody to join in, which is exactly the kind of board I wanted. So, everyone...You may join in! ^-^
Sadly, I don't think I could play both Ayame and Ritsu in this at the same time...So, more likely than not, Aaya won't be showing up. Yes, get your crying out of the way now, please.))
Sohma Ritsu was currently taking a break from school. As such, he'd decided that the only place that he could go, so as not to be too big of a burden on the lives of others, was the Onsen that his branch of the Sohma family ran. Since there weren't very many people there at this time, he would simply try to keep a low profile, and he wouldn't bother anyone with his presense. Or so he hoped.
Currently, Ritsu sat on the porch adjacent to his room at the Onsen, looking out onto the small, steaming spring in the back. It was late afternoon, beginning to melt into evening, so the heat of the sun was lessening a bit. His long-sleeved kimono wasn't as elaborate as usual. Today it was only a light orange thing, with simple ivory-colored designs, and an ivory obi. His long reddish hair was worn free--no ties, or bows, or bobbles of any sort. On his feet were a pair of plain sandals, more slippers than anything. He slanted his brown eyes sideways to his right, catching a glimpse of his mother Okami on a lower floor, greeting guests. He sighed once more. More people he would have to be careful to avoid.
But, no. He shouldn't be thinking like that. It was selfish for him to think that way. He was doing them a service by staying out of the way, and he should continue to do so. Yes, he concluded. That was the best thing.
((Yokies! Jus' took that off the top of my head...After comming home from school after Spirit Day. XD My hair is still blue and white.))

(Still curious on the school.)
Yuki smiled as the car parked and stepped out gracefully toting his gym bag. It was one of the first times he'd decided to do anything on his own. Everyone was invited, of course, but he had decided to go on ahead. It was a precautionary measure: if Kyo decided to come there would be no other time for peace. He'd better enjoy it now. Stepping towards the entrance, he greeted Okami and began to walk inside. He knew which room he would probably be using, and the place wasn't busy enough for him to worry about it being taken.
Looking around as he walked inside, he spotted Ritsu. Ah, another Aya without the brimming confidence. So much for my peace. Yuki smiled and waved but wasn't sure if the Monkey saw him at all. All well. Yuki headed for his room, unsure if he'd see Ritsu again.

Ritsu, who did indeed see Yuki, blinked as the rat waved to him. Then, realising it might be rude not to reply, waved in return. He hadn't known Yuki-san was going to be there. Perhaps, if Yuki-san was there, then also Gure-niisan, Kyo-san, and Tohru-san were there...? He shook his head. Even if they were...They wouldn't want to see him. They would want to have a relaxing time at the onsen, and not be bothered by his shameless ways.
The monkey reprimanded himself for being hopeful. Yuki-san had only waved to him out of politeness. Yuki-san didn't really want to see him at all. Not that Ritsu blamed him. If he were Yuki-san, then he wouldn't want to see himself, either.

Tohru hadn't wanted to come to the Onsen again. It meant taking time off of work and school, and she was slowly starting to fall behind on her money. School fees were piling up, and with finals approaching ever closer, the pressure to study more often was always on the back of Tohru's mind.
It wasn't that she hadn't enjoyed the last time--because she had, immensely--but she felt that it would be presumptuous of her to take up the invitation once again and leaving the house alone if everyone else went along, too. But after some coaxing from Uo and Hana ("You're working too hard!" "If you don't take a break soon, you'll pass out!") she had finally decided to come.
Tohru was behind the car at the trunk, picking up her tote bag. She had had trouble getting out of the car (her skirt had, somehow, gotten caught on the door) and it had taken some time to undo it.
Lifting the tote bag and carrying it with both hands in front of her, she stepped slowly towards the Onsen, very unsure where to go. Were they staying in the same room as before? She reached the doorway and hesitated, looking for a familiar face. Yuki had already gone ahead of her and had probably found his room already, and she wasn't sure where everyone else had went.
[ I hope you don't mind that I caught a ride with Yuki! I just thought it'd be strange if they went in seperate cars. ]

Yuki set his stuff down in his room and walked back to help Tohru. Spotting her looking unsure and worried, he smiled, "Tohru!"
He gathered up her bags, "Your room is this way. Try to relax, ne? We invited you here as a gift for working so hard at home." He walked down the hall to show her the room she would stay in---the suite down and across from his own. "Oh, and guess what? Ritsu is here! We'll probably run into him again later tonightm if I'm not mistaken. Want to come greet him with me now, or rest in your room for a while?"

Arriving slightly behind the others, Shigure stepped out of the car. "Ah, a vacation, just what I need! I hope that Mit-chan finds the letter I left her," he said laughing to himself as he imagined her reaction.

Tohru smiled sincerely at his cheerfulness, which in turn put her in a light hearted mood. "Oh, let's go meet him now," she said, her eyes bright.

Yuki grinned. Tohru looked so happy to be here! He knew she was worried and stressed at first, but he was hoping she'd warm up to the situation.
He nodded, "Alright. I believe he was over here..." he started to weave his way through the building, looking for Ritsu's room. Admittedly he didn't know his way around, and was hoping for some kind of label on the door. If nothing else, it probably had "Gomen nasai!" written on it somewhere. After a few minutes he believed he'd come across the correct door and knocked softly, "Ritsu-san? Are you still there?"

Tohru followed closely on Yuki's heels until they reached Ritu's door. She didn't question that Yuki knew it but instead walked up beside him, standing by the door, tilting her head sideways to hear if there were any noises coming from inside. "Maybe he's helping his mother," she offered.

((Aww! I'm so glad this Board has caught on somewhat! I was worried there, for a little while.))
Upon hearing his name called by Yuki, then Tohru's voice, Ritsu immidately stood up, not wanting to cause his guests trouble by making them wait. He opened the sliding door, bowing as he did so, causing his light orange kimono to make a soft 'swish' sound. "Gomen nasai!" He exclaimed. It was all too obvious that 'I'm sorry' would be the first words out of his mouth in greeting. "I wasted your time, didn't I?! I'm very sorry!" He then reprimanded himself. He was being rude again! He hadn't even greeted them yet! "Ah...It's an honor that you would come to see me, Tohru-san and Yuki-san." He stated politely.

What, no -sama?
Yuki didn't know whether to laugh or cringe at this crazy monkey. He tried to make Ritsu feel a little more comfortable with the situation, "No no, we came to visit you. We're intruding into your time. It's all right. We didn't really wait at all. It's good to see you again, Ritsu-san. I haven't seen you around in a while. Are you staying here with your family at the moment, or just visiting like us? How long will you get to stay?"

Tohru remained quiet, listening, probably looking rather absent minded with that undeterred smile on her face. Automatically her hand reached up and started playing with the yellow ribbons on either side of her hair, more than happy to be in the presence of two people she cared about.

Ritsu blushed slightly at having been payed this much attention, and looked down at his feet. "Ah, well...You see, Yuki-san, I am onlt visiting as well. I'm...Taking a break, from college...For a few days." He answered quietly. "I heard from my mother that she would like to see me...So, I came home as soon as possible." He then looked up, rather earnestly. "How have you been, Yuki-san and Tohru-san?" He quired immidately, not wanting to be rude by not asking about their well-being.

Tohru nodded. "That's wonderful! I'm happy you're taking a break for a little while," she said. Though she had seen Ritsu more than once before, every time she saw him she couldn't help but be amazed at how feminine he managed to look. It completely suited him. "Well...I'm here for a little while too..." Tohru trailed off, unsure as to how long they were actually staying there.

Ritsu smiled shakily. "I'm very glad to hear...That you are staying, Tohru-san. If it's not too bold to ask...Will Kyo-san and Shigure-niisan be here, as well?" This was about as assertive as he could bring himself to be, even in Tohru's presence. He was barely restraining himself from apologizing, though there was, in reality, nothing for him to be 'sorry' for.
